Well this is a bit of a different podcast, brought to you from my car, on my drive, whilst in lock down. Obviously with no guest due to social distancing rules I take the opportunity to talk to you about the current situation regarding Coronavirus or Covid-19 and how the current global pandemic is affecting the mental and emotional health of people around the world.
I delve into the exercise of asking Why? Right now anxiety is at an all time high, and understandably so due to the current situation and uncertainty plaguing the lives of everyone.
We look into how accepting what we can and can’t change can offer peace in times of stress, but also getting curious with our own Nervous systems to interrogate where the root cause of our anxious feelings are coming from, and what we can do about it.

The concept for “Let’s Talk Mental Health” is quite straight forward. To chat with my guest in a neutral comfortable environment where we can be open and honest about mental health issues and talk about our own experiences.
Men need to talk more about Mental Health and this series is looking to address that by showcasing what others have been through and highlighting that vulnerability is a strength.
