Sarah became curious about the coping strategies in her life and over time started to explore spirituality, meditation, yoga, Buddhism, Paganism and more.
Together we talk about how these different elements impacted Sarah’s life and helped her heal from the things she needed. Now Sarah takes the things she has learned to help others as an Integrative Coach and Growth Catalyst.
