When you sign up for this package, you get to work closely with me as we create a plan for overcoming a significant hurdle in your life. Whether you’re facing a mental, emotional, or lifestyle challenge, you’ll have the tools you need and the time to start implementing them with my guidance.
During our time together, you’ll learn to change those thoughts and patterns that are holding you back. Whilst the change has to come from you, I will be there to support you every step of the way.
Who is this package for? Anyone who is struggling with one or more facets of mental health: general stress, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and/or lack of purpose.
This package is designed to be the support you need in order to break through when you feel like it’s impossible, with someone who has been in that place before. You get accountability and high-level support throughout our time together.
What are the mentoring calls like? You’ll work one-on-one with me via online video conference. I like to see my clients so we can form and maintain a deep connection. We’ll connect once per week for approximately one hour.
You can choose to record our sessions for your own (confidential) access anytime you need to refer to our discussion. You will also have the ability to message me outside our sessions for any urgent support you may need.
What type of resources are included? I give you a comprehensive list of helpful books, podcasts, videos, and more from other thought leaders in the mental health space.
These are resources I’ve personally benefited from in my best and worst moments, as well as many others that I have discovered. I’ll also send you weekly emails with thoughts and essential tools. I want you to feel capable of supporting yourself outside our sessions with positive, constructive content.
Why 4 months? I work with clients on this package for a minimum of four months because this time frame helps us establish a solid connection and allows you to see real breakthrough results in one or more areas of your life.
With consistent work, I’m confident you’ll see progress. We’ll start out with an overview of what’s going on with you and your life, then talk more openly as time goes on, reprogramming your outlook towards the things that have been holding you back.
