In this episode I am joined by the incredible Jason from We At One. Jason has suffered with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) for most of his life and when the medical field could offer him no answers he embarked on his own journey to try and find a remedy that worked for him.
Jason shares his story of living with IBS and the impact this had on not only his physical health but also his mental and emotional health too. He talks candidly about the effect IBS had on his friendships and social life in discussions which are often ignored.
Jason has now turned to a plant based diet which has worked wonders for him after trying dozens of different diets over the years.
He also shares with us some of the alternative therapies he has turned to including seeing a medium, and undertaking a Psychic Surgery in Bali.
If you have struggled with IBS then chances are you will be able to relate to Jason’s story and hopefully will be able to take something away from this discussion.

The concept for “Let’s Talk Mental Health” is quite straight forward. To chat with my guest in a neutral comfortable environment where we can be open and honest about mental health issues and talk about our own experiences.
Men need to talk more about Mental Health and this series is looking to address that by showcasing what others have been through and highlighting that vulnerability is a strength.
