This week I introduce you to The Social Ninjas, made up by Kyle Mitchell and Jeremy Greene who run the Social Ninjas Podcast. Kyle and Jeremy started the Social Ninjas Podcast after both of them suffered terribly growing up with social anxiety.
We dive into where their social anxieties comes from and what live living with social anxiety was like. I then ask Jeremy and Kyle to share with us how they managed to overcome their social anxieties, what tools and techniques they have used and what you can learn from the journey they have been on.
Jeremy talks about his various social challenges including ‘Free Hugs’ and ‘Talking to Strangers’ and Kyle shares with us how he continues making small steps which has now led him to giving talks in front of hundreds of people, when previously he’d struggle to speak in front of a handful.
