In episode 49 of the Let’s Talk Mental Health Podcast I am joined by Ayub Youssef who is a purpose and transition guide and also the host of the ‘Say No To Suffering’ Podcast.
Ayub has a fascinating story to tell, starting out with him growing up in Tunisia, Africa, before moving to Canada to follow his desired path in education.
Settling in Toronto he had what many would have said was everything a young man would have wanted. But this didn’t save him from his own mental health battles.
Ayub shares with us the journey that he went through and importantly the tools that he utilised along the way to make way for wellness in his life.
Ayub now dedicates his time to helping others get through what he has been through himself as a purpose and transition guide. I’m sure you will find the resilience and determination that Ayub has shown throughout his life inspiring. If you want to find out more about Ayub then check out his links below:

The concept for “Let’s Talk Mental Health” is quite straight forward. To chat with my guest in a neutral comfortable environment where we can be open and honest about mental health issues and talk about our own experiences.
Men need to talk more about Mental Health and this series is looking to address that by showcasing what others have been through and highlighting that vulnerability is a strength.
