In this episode of the ‘Let’s Talk Mental Health’ Podcast I am joined by the inspirational Ben Curtis. Ben is now a Masculine Embodiment Coach and focused on helping men own their heart, power and light.
However many will remember Ben as the ‘Dell Dude’ as he was the face of the Dell computer TV commercials for a number of years.
Ben shares with us what life was like in those years, being young, rich and famous and what the impact of that was on his mental health. Ben also tells us about his life growing up as a child and the history of mental health struggles within his family history and the impact of generational trauma.
To top it all of Ben is also a 9/11 survivor and shares with us what happened from his perspective on that day, living just 3 blocks away from Ground Zero.
This really is an amazing conversation and many could learn a lot from Ben and what he has been through.

The concept for “Let’s Talk Mental Health” is quite straight forward. To chat with my guest in a neutral comfortable environment where we can be open and honest about mental health issues and talk about our own experiences.
Men need to talk more about Mental Health and this series is looking to address that by showcasing what others have been through and highlighting that vulnerability is a strength.
