This week I am joined by Piers Alexander. Piers shares with us his journey through mental health and fitness, including how a lack of direction and purpose in his life drove him too terrible lows and how by finding his calling he has picked himself back up.
Piers is fantastically open and honest in this chat and opens up about his bullying throughout school and how this affected him later on in life.
Leading to confidence issues and weight gain he explains brilliantly how his self worth spiralled due to his surroundings not being true to who he was as a person.
With a fantastic support network around him he shares with us the tools he has learned to cope when the bad times hit, but also the power of finding your purpose in life.
