This week I am joined by the incredible Luke Monteleone. Luke is a life purpose coach that helps men and women find their true purpose in life.
In this episode however we dive into the past a little, where Luke was a young entrepreneur involved in both apparel and events in Los Angeles. He shares with us what it was like being involved in the LA scene, the toxic comparison which is bred in those circles, and the level of ego and grandiosity which becomes a normal way of life.
Doing whatever it takes to get ahead and building this profile of being ‘somebody’ will have detrimental effects on anybodies mental health, whilst at the same time trying to run and grow a business, is incredibly tough.
Luke is incredibly open and vulnerable about his experiences, what it was like hitting rock bottom and how a spiritual awakening led him on the path to recovery and finding his purpose.
Luke’s story has something for everyone and i’m sure you’ll take something away from it.

The concept for “Let’s Talk Mental Health” is quite straight forward. To chat with my guest in a neutral comfortable environment where we can be open and honest about mental health issues and talk about our own experiences.
Men need to talk more about Mental Health and this series is looking to address that by showcasing what others have been through and highlighting that vulnerability is a strength.
