In this conversation we dive deep into a number of different topics starting off with John’s history and how a serious family event and the Vietnamese culture had shaped him into certain beliefs around life and what it means to be a man.
From there John tells us about his life growing up and how he found Yoga and through dedicated practice it awakened him to his true divine masculine energy.
John has such a peaceful and calming energy as someone who feels totally at peace with who he is and where he is going in this life.

Men need to talk more about Mental Health and this series is looking to address that by showcasing what others have been through and highlighting that vulnerability is a strength.
